Erin was convinced to join me in the Resolution Run 5K race on a record-setting 60-degree day. She plodded with my slow pace for the 1st mile
before leaving me in the dust to finish on her own. Even with the slow start, her time of 26:16 won 3rd place in the youth division. My time was a personal worst 29:45, but I felt good blowing by some 70 year-olds at the finish.
