March fun

Finally late in the season we got a few snow storms

Solo effort from Caroline and Erin

Our first cross-country ski outing of the year was a bust because the girls pooped out 10 minutes in. Erin had to take shelter and snack up on the trail.

Siberian kitty #1. He's going to have blue/gray pointing

Kitty #2 should have reddish-orange pointing

Katy, Brad, Charlie and Lyla came to town and we introduced them to Boda Borg

In truth we only solved one more quest than last time, but we had a blast

Maybe Boda Borg-ing toughened everyone up, because our next cross-country ski outing was a success

Erin and Dad made a quest that included an eating challenge: eat 6 stale Saltines in 1 minute. Poor Charlie couldn't get 2 down.

Now the Nutella crepes from MA France, they were a hit

This was room 1 of the 4-room Jungle. After 10 or so fails, we beat it

For Erin's quest the kids had to show their MJ moves

Six nasty old crackers were too much for Brad and Lyla

Their first taste of downhill skiing

It must be nice to have flexible knees and a low center-of-gravity

Winter 2017

Well said, Erin.

A rare shot from the girl's afterschool program

Caroline's birthday dinner at Chipotle

We went to NY for a weekend and Caroline got her big 1-0 cake

 Tessie loves climbing

Oh no, Tessie has the chicken pox

Dr. Caroline will take care of her

Tessie waiting at the door for Mommy's return from her business trip

A special this-n-that to cheer up Tessie

We had a weekend with big Teddy from Tessie's preschool

We dragged him all around town. To the girls' swim meet at BU

to Clear Flour bakery,

and to his first National Park site

cupcakes to celebrate the end of swim team

So sweet

Don't worry Erin, we won't be cat-free for much longer. 2 Siberian kittens are arriving in May.

Erin's in the red cap. She won her heat at the championship meet.

Tessie was the champ of the kids at candlepin bowling

That crazy leprechaun was at it again
