Caroline goes for the kitty buffet

Mom taught her a scrunchy face

Closeup of her "special" fused lower tooth

But having a"special" tooth doesn't stop her from chewing on leaves

Why such a long face, Caroline...

... because you love the swings!

Thanksgiving in New York with her other grandma

Too much hugging leads to squirming for Grumpaw

She is very proud of her standing trick

There's half a banana in her mouth!

Modeling her blue cozy sweater, a Chinda original

And the striped version is perfect for a crawl from the cold sunroom

Vacations

Caroline is now 6 months old. At her most recent visit to the pediatrician, she is keeping up with her off-the-chart growth. She weighed in at 20 pounds 9 ounces, and 27 inches long. She is slowly starting to sleep better, although the past month's travel schedule has led to a (hopefully temporary) setback. She is now eating a good amount of cereal, fruits, and veggies, and true to form, she likes to eat. Check out the first picture below to see how much bigger she is than 6 months ago. Quite a change!

From 5 days old to 5.5 months old!

Caroline with her good friend Cecilia (who has a much better tan).

On this summer day, we visited Walden Pond.

Caroline enjoyed the water, which was surprisingly warm.

On this beautiful day, we visited Half Moon Beach in Gloucester, MA. Check out Caroline's arm rolls.

Aunty Katy, Cousin Lyla, Dad and Caroline at Skaneateles Lake in upstate New York.

Great Aunt Carol liked to hold Fatty Lumpkin.

Well, everyone liked to hold Fatty Lumpkin.

Here are the three Ehmann cuz's hanging out together.

Hanging with the family.

Cousin Sabrina with Uncle Peter and Aunt Claire.

Some more sittin' with Great Aunt Carol.

Moms, Babes, and Boobs.

Check out one of the matching outfits.

Sabrina was "playing" with Caroline.

Some more chillin' with Great Aunt Georgene.

Just me and Dad.

Wait...that's not Caroline. That's cousin Lyla.

Some posing. Yup, it's hard to get three babies to look at the camera.

One of the hits of the trip...the baby pool.

Umm...I think Caroline is a tad chubby.

Grandma Joan decides to splash with the grandkids.

Aunty Katy spends some more quality time with Caroline.

I'm beat. I think I'll take a nap in the bed, since I wouldn't sleep anywhere else.

Interesting expression...

Look at the cute doll Great Aunt Carol brought for me.

Mom and Dad went for a bite at Doug's Fish Fry, but I decided to sleep.

Aunt Claire, Uncle Peter, Cousin Sabrina, and Cousin-to-be (finally someone for me to boss around!)

On our way out from Skaneateles, some nice photos with Mom and Dad.

This was the view from the house.

Here we are at the swanky cottage by Conesus Lake before the Ehmann reunion.

Great Uncle Donny was the oldest attendee and Caroline the youngest.

And a smile for him too!

A group shot of all the Ehmanns

When we got back, Sarah visited as training for her own upcoming baby.

Then we visited Atlanta and great grandma who loved to see Caroline.

Emily Yarlott let Caroline practice her lap-standing.

Caroline brightened everyone's day at the nursing home

Especially with her big old smile

One last photo before heading back to Boston
