Dad is getting Caroline a head start on puzzling
On the fourth of July we went on a picnic to nearby Concord
And we went to Walden Pond to cool off.

Here she is with her homey look.Caroline is speaking in nonsense sentences punctuated with a real word. After some prompting, she recites a phrase we've been working on.
There she is!She loves to have books read to her. Here is one favorite.
Mom and Dad escaped to Maine for a day. York beach proved to be excellent for a morning stroll.
Jon, Heather, and Ansel came out for a visit. Jon is allergic to cats and of course became Max's good friend.
As with every weekend, it rained, but afterwards the babies played outside. Caroline didn't mind being the designated driver.
Ansel smiles after successfully climbing the stool. He likes to climb things.
Next weekend we went to the Stone Zoo with Amelia and her parents. The Stone Zoo has some unusual animals. Zebu was not in any of our picture books.
But the bears were a hit, especially when they started wrestling. They must be boy bears.
